Overview
Strategic communications agency is hiring a
Corporate Communications Associate
with 1–3 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or crisis management to work on high-profile projects in financial services, litigation, shareholder activism, fintech, and/or crypto.
This role will work on high-impact PR and strategic communications projects that shape client reputations and gain experience in financial, litigation, and crisis communications from day one.
Responsibilities
Assist in strategic communications for clients facing high‑stakes or sensitive issues.
Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media statements, talking points, and Q&A documents.
Monitor media coverage, social media, and news cycles to provide insights and actionable recommendations.
Support senior team members to ensure timely and effective delivery of communications initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging across channels.
Support new business efforts through research, proposals, and thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, or crisis communications at an agency.
Background in financial services PR, litigation communications, crisis management, shareholder activism, financial communications, crypto PR, and/or fintech PR.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Strong critical thinking and strategic problem‑solving under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with media monitoring tools, press analytics, and social media platforms.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Proactive, collaborative, and committed to delivering excellence.
Compensation Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus
Work Setup Hybrid (2–3 days/week in‑office)
