About The Role
Interact face‑to‑face with customers in big‑box retail stores and events to promote our products and generate interest.
Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism.
Initiate conversations and help customers schedule free in‑home consultations for home renovation services.
Set appointments and assist customers in a clear and friendly manner.
Collaborate with a high‑performing team to meet daily and weekly goals.
We’re Looking for People With Experience or Transferable Skills From
Face‑to‑face marketing, brand ambassadorship, appointment setting, or lead generation experience.
Customer service roles (in‑person or call center).
Retail (sales associates, cashiers, team leads, merchandisers).
Restaurant, hospitality, or fast‑food service positions.
Key Qualifications
Must have weekend availability.
Friendly, fun, and positive attitude.
Strong interest in public engagement and creating great experiences.
Comfortable working independently and a personal drive for excellence.
Retail and customer service experience highly valued.
Entry‑level candidates welcome—training provided.
Reliable transportation required; may need to travel to multiple locations or community events.
