Join our dynamic team as a Performance Marketing Coordinator, where you'll lead social media management, paid campaigns, and email/sms campaigns that build brand awareness, spark conversations, and drive engagement across channels.
Primary Responsibilities Social Media Management
Schedule and manage engaging content from the creative team across social media platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Monitor activity, respond to comments and messages, and foster strong online community engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling visual assets (graphics, videos, etc.) that align with brand messaging.
Assist in developing and refining social media strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Lead influencer outreach, collaboration, and management as part of the overall marketing strategy.
Paid Media
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, budgeting, and pacing to maximize performance against awareness, engagement, and lead generation goals.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creative including copy, visuals, and video assets.
Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and proactively implement optimizations to improve efficiency and scale results.
Email Marketing
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns from the creative team; including newsletters, promotions, recruitment initiatives, and automated sales sequences.
Develop targeted email campaigns for both corporate initiatives (e.g., franchisee recruitment) and local-level marketing efforts that franchisees can use to generate leads and nurture client relationships.
Segment audiences, craft compelling copy, and optimize campaigns for engagement, conversion, and deliverability.
Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and implement data‑driven improvements.
Strategy and Coordination
Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
Manage and maintain editorial calendars for email and social media campaigns to ensure timely execution.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals.
Skills & Traits

Job Requirements
5 years of experience in email marketing and social media management.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact), social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social), and paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft, etc.).
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
Knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.

Salary : $51,000.00–$54,000.00
