Job Description / Responsibilities

This part‑time position supports the planning and execution of evening and weekend events at The Sazerac House and works closely with the events team to deliver exceptional on‑site and off‑site consumer experiences. Facilitate all night and weekend events at The Sazerac House Support the events team in executing on‑site consumer events, including Signature Events, activations, and brand‑sponsored events Coordinate with the events team to schedule and support evening and weekend tours for leisure renters Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown as needed Represent The Sazerac House at off‑site events and brand activations when required Qualifications / Requirements

MUST Ability and willingness to work non‑traditional hours (nights/weekends) Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time Ability to manage multiple projects at one time Ability to project a professional image At least 21 years of age Excellent oral & written communication skills Strong planning and organizational skills Good physical health. For example; capable of working on your feet, sitting, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling, and squatting. Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook) 1 year relevant experience (minimum) PREFERRED Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Communications 1 year of experience consulting, managing and setting up VIP Guest Visits Salary

Min: USD $25.27/Hr. Max: USD $37.91/Hr. Senior Level
