Operations Support Specialist | New Advisor Transitions Dept | St. Petersburg, FL This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, with 3 in‑office days per week, averaging 12 days per month at our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Home Office.

Our New Advisor Transitions department seeks an experienced individual contributor with advanced expertise in administrative, support, and service functions. Recognized for delivering specialized solutions, ensuring operational efficiency, and providing high-quality support within a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

Produce, update, and provide best‑practice support on Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems. Tasks may include purchasing materials, entering budgetary information, and recording time and expenses.

Prepare routine letters, email, minutes of meetings, and reports for approval by more senior colleagues or a senior executive.

Schedule appointments, make arrangements for meetings and conferences, and organize travel plans, following instructions to ensure more senior colleagues or a senior executive make the best use of their time.

Schedule Advisor Home Office Visits and complete various onboarding support tasks.

Order and distribute office and kitchen supplies for our floor.

Skills

Plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet objectives.

Understand and effectively use standard office equipment and standard software packages to support business processes.

Acquire, organize, protect and process data in order to fulfill business objectives.

Select and deploy the appropriate office system and use it to optimum effect.

Education High School (HS)

Work Experience General Experience – 7 to 12 months
