Join our team to coordinate low voltage projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and high quality standards.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Construction Managers and Superintendents to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets.
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Ensure safety is integrated into job planning and execution; promote accountability and enforce safety policies.
Perform schedule and risk management, maintain project documentation, and handle financial queries.
Assist in developing and updating project schedules, and establish completion timeframes.
Monitor project progress and manage any arising issues.
Engage clients to define requirements, scope, and objectives.
Prepare monthly Owner Pay Applications and support budget preparation and margin analysis.
Analyze risks and opportunities, manage procurement, and negotiate change orders.
Maintain quality assurance tests and standards compliance.
Lead weekly staff and subcontractor meetings.
Develop, manage, and maintain cost controls and labor recaps.
Issue legal paperwork such as contracts and terms of agreement.
Qualifications
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business (preferred).
0-5+ years of experience in a construction-related position.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to function as part of a high-performance team.
Excellent working knowledge of construction methods and building systems.
Familiarity with strategic planning.
Ability to work collaboratively in a mobile work environment.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, Project, Word, SharePoint) and Adobe Suite.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Work Classification & Demands
Heavy work: may require lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Involves walking, kneeling, sitting, crouching, reaching, stooping, and operating office equipment.
May require climbing ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and moving in outdoor environments.
Exposed to variable temperatures and noisy conditions.
