Business Development Center Lead (BDC/ Automotive)
Newport Beach Automotive Group has experienced significant growth in the past years. To support this growth, we are looking to develop a Business Development Center to ease the Sales and Service experiences of our valued guests. The ideal candidate is good under pressure, attentive to detail and has a deep passion for the automotive industry, while providing superior customer service.
Pay Base pay range: $16.90/hr – $16.90/hr. Pay: $16.90 per hour, plus commission.

Schedule
8‑hour shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
Establish relationships with clients while receiving feedback on their visits.
Reach out to guests regarding upcoming needed service.
Follow‑up on recently concluded service appointments.
Follow‑up on previous sales leads.
Follow up on acquisition leads.
Qualifications
Acting as a first point of contact for our customers.
BDC experience required (minimum 3 years).
Highline experience preferred.
General knowledge of the brands and products we represent.
Willingness to work after‑hours for events, as needed.
Previous experience with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong work ethic with ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
Responds promptly to all inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
Able to work with little supervision.
Ability to work with multiple Department Managers.
