Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in food production, is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team. As an Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Plant Leadership supporting the manufacturing operations.

Pay Range $140,000 - $165,000
What's the Job?
Lead the Plant Engineering function to ensure all equipment, facilities, and systems operate safely and efficiently.
Partner with Operations Leaders to implement continuous improvement activities that enhance performance metrics such as safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Support and maintain food safety and quality practices in compliance with SQF standards.
Develop and manage the facility capital budget, ensuring projects meet financial requirements and deliver expected return on investment.
Provide technical and business leadership to meet short and long-term manufacturing goals, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field is mandatory for all leadership roles.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in CPG or food manufacturing sectors.
Proven leadership experience in engineering, maintenance, production, or continuous improvement roles.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, process measurement, control, troubleshooting, and engineering principles.
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
