Duties & Responsibilities

Process all system adjustments to booked contracts including changes for inventory requests, refinancing transactions, repossession sales, syndicated contracts, modifications, and assumptions.

Manage refund processing following compliance procedures and applicable regulations for unclaimed funds.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of Sys Ops tickets for set‑up, changes, or terminations of customer Direct Debit banking information.

Research and resolve unidentified funds for appropriate application.

Maintain and reconcile pertinent informational spreadsheets or reporting.

Create credit memos or debit memos as required for waiver of late charges, rents after termination, or others.

Review system created changes for accuracy and clean up.

Update addresses related to invoicing and equipment locations.

Complete set‑up or changes to contract renewals.

Basic Qualifications

Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or 2+ years of work experience.

1+ years’ experience in operations support.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, Oracle leasing software, Salesforce software.

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)

Compensation Range $22.00 - $34.00 hourly

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
