Job Description
Providing the best-in-class automotive service by greeting customers, identifying concerns, communicating between customers and technicians, and ensuring customer needs are met.
Responsibilities Present a friendly, professional greeting to customers. Identify, confirm, and offer resolution to customer concerns. Serve as communicator between customer and technician; ensure customer needs are understood by technician. Ensure the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
Qualifications Communication skills – effective communication with others. Time management – ability to manage own time and time of others. Typing – ability to type efficiently to enter repair orders. Basic computer & cost calculation skills. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
