Overview Serves as clinical and administrative supervisor to provide oversight of the team and functions as a practicing clinician. Provides direction to and oversight of unit functioning to ensure appropriate implementation of program activities, schedules, treatment programming, treatment team staffing, unit and departmental meetings, education and training plans and schedules, performance improvement, and other established operational plans, protocols and procedures.

Essential/Core Job‑specific Duties And Responsibilities

Direct the day‑to‑day clinical operations of the NAVIGATE team to ensure the team operation is following the NAVIGATE model, including monitoring and improving quality of services. Provides and documents formal clinical supervision in accordance with agency policy/staff needs. Conducts clinical assessments and provides direct clinical treatment and support services to persons served.

Ensure the team works collaboratively with the client, and family or other significant persons, to provide wraparound services for first episode psychosis. Responsible for conducting screening and recruiting clients and family members into the program. Engages clients and families into the program and assesses family needs for the Family Education Program. Provides the Family Education Program, while the Individual Resiliency Training clinicians works with individual clients.

Direct and conduct the admission interview to maintain required census and appropriate admission. Lead the collaborative treatment planning and review meetings with the client and family members. Develops and coordinates the initial assessment and initial treatment plan. Continuously evaluates the status of persons served and ensures appropriate planning and coordination of treatment activities to ensure immediate attention to their changing needs.
