Provide technical support for Office 365 applications, including troubleshooting issues with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Diagnose and repair hardware problems for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices. Assist in resolving Windows operating system errors and basic networking connectivity issues. Maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference. Educate employees on effective use of Office 365 tools and security best practices. Collaborate with the IT team to address complex technical challenges and ensure prompt solutions. Perform desktop imaging and configuration to prepare workstations for deployment. Support Active Directory operations, including user account management and directory updates. Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies and assist in implementing system improvements. Qualifications
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help‑desk roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and administration. Familiarity with Windows 10 operating system and Active Directory. Solid understanding of desktop hardware and imaging processes. Knowledge of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting. Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Commitment to delivering high‑quality technical support and customer service.
