Analyst – Operations and Analytics Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our Operations and Analytics teams. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mortgage, data, and operational analytics while contributing to projects that directly impact our growing business. As an Analyst, you will support loan funding and loan sales operations, develop and maintain reporting tools, work with data to generate insights, and collaborate across teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn, apply strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, and develop their technical expertise in a dynamic, tech-forward environment. Job Description:
Interact with third parties to support daily
loan funding and sale transactions . Perform analytics tasks including
reconciliations, tie-outs, and reporting . Analyze internal data and help build/manage
dashboards and reporting tools . Use
SQL, Python, and Excel
to automate workflows and perform data analysis. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of operational activities. Participate in
cross-functional analytics initiatives
to drive process improvements. Required Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (quantitative field preferred). Strong analytical reasoning, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Proficiency in
Excel . Basic knowledge of
SQL or Python
(or demonstrated ability to learn quickly). Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Critical thinking and problem-solving ability. Interest in
financial services, operations, or analytics
