Responsibilities
First‑line management of assigned Claim personnel, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management and salary activities.
Review and control of the operation’s claim activities including investigations, claim payments, and adjustment expense payments.
Coordinate, communicate, and implement new Company programs, policies, practices, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, applicable federal/state laws, and legal requirements.
Promote development of employees within an inclusive environment.
Where You'll Work This is a
Remote‑Field position
in which you will work from home and utilize a mobile office/vehicle for in‑person appointments. Candidates may be asked to work outside of their assigned territory as business needs dictate. The position is located in Louisville, KY and is responsible for leading a team who services the following zip codes: 40006, 40010, 40011, 40014, 40019, 40022, 40023, 40025, 40026, 40031, 40045, 40055, 40056, 40059, 40067, 40068, 40070, 40075, 40077, 40202, 40203, 40204, 40205, 40206, 40207, 40208, 40209, 40210, 40211, 40212, 40213, 40214, 40215, 40216, 40217, 40218, 40219, 40220, 40222, 40223, 40228, 40241, 40242, 40243, 40245, 40258, 40291, 40299, 40355, 41008, 41045, 41046, 41083, 41086, 41095, 41098.
Competitive candidates should reside within a commutable distance of this territory. Hours of operation are continually evaluated and may change based on business need. Successful candidates are able and willing to work flexible work shifts and may be asked to work overtime and/or irregular hours.
Qualifications
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Physical agility to allow for frequent lifting, carrying, and climbing a ladder; ability to navigate roofs at various heights for inspection of both residential and commercial structures; ability to crawl in tight spaces.
May be required to complete Rope and Harness Safety Training.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of equivalent work experience.
Claims operations and/or call‑center experience.
Prior leadership experience.
Experience with Xactimate, XactContents.
Additional Details
Employees must successfully complete all required training, including applicable licensing exam(s), Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks, and background checks required of various state(s).
Our Benefits
Potential starting salary range: $107,000.00-$142,000.00 – starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience; high end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience.
Potential yearly incentive pay up to 24% of base salary.
