Position Summary
For our newly established Integrated Value Chain Organization, we are seeking a highly motivated Order Fulfillment Process Improvement Specialist who is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing the Order Fulfillment Process (OFP) across the NAM organization. This role ensures alignment between customer service excellence and operational efficiency, identifying and implementing improvements in order management, scheduling, picking/packing, shipping, and delivery. The role partners closely with Customer Service, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to streamline end‑to‑end order fulfillment, resolve bottlenecks, and drive cross‑functional process improvements. This is a high‑impact role in a dynamic environment where data‑driven decisions, continuous improvement, and strong execution will define your success. Responsibilities
Analyze end‑to‑end order fulfillment workflows, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks. Lead cross‑functional OFP improvement initiatives involving Customer Service, Logistics, Manufacturing, and IT. Facilitate workshops, root cause analyses, and process mapping (e.g., SIPOC, VSM) to drive continuous improvement. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance across functions. Support change management efforts and training programs to embed improved practices. Benchmark internal performance against best‑in‑class industry standards. Support additional projects or tasks as needed to meet business objectives. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years in Supply Chain, Order Management, Continuous Improvement, or Logistics. End‑to‑end supply chain process understanding. Hands‑on experience with SAP (MM, PP, SD, WM). Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and team mindset. High analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Curious, adaptive, and committed to continuous learning and growth. Fluent in English; other languages are a big plus. APICS (CPIM or CSCP) and L6S Green Belt preferred. Remote Work & Travel
This is a remote role with travel up to 30%. Compensation
Our range goes from $57,500 to $86,200 USD per year. Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs. Benefits
