$15.50 - $19.00 Summary Provides fast, friendly, helpful and efficient service to all Price Chopper customers. Responsible for cleaning all areas of the store to include floors, shelves, rest rooms, registers and aisles. Maintains the store in terms of neatness and cleanliness, inside and outside, with a focus on customer and associate safety. Provides a high level of customer courtesy and service at all times. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the store and parking lot, including break rooms, restrooms, backroom, sales floor, case fronts, and bottle return area. Consistently provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service at all times, smiling, making eye contact, and thanking customers upon fulfilling their requests. Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation, following 5S standards. Maintain the floors within the store (mopping, sweeping, and cleaning). Respond to requests for “cleanups” throughout the store. Maintain all corporate, state and federal sanitation standards. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications Ability to work with approved cleaning chemicals. Strong communication skills. Basic literacy skills. Basic computer skills. Satisfactory performance reviews.
