New Home Sales Consultant - Daytona Beach

Job Description We are seeking highly motivated, experienced sales professionals to be a part of our Orlando Division in the Daytona Beach area. We're looking for people who realize the importance of this role and how it impacts not only the company but the experience our customers have during the home buying process. We offer a work environment that encourages our team to serve customers, both internal and external, and are committed to hard work and fostering personal and professional growth.
Job Responsibilities Include
Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Prospecting, marketing and promoting new business.
Following up with prospects throughout the sales process.
Maintaining a relationship with the Realtor community.
Working & communicating effectively with customers & team members.
Understanding the loan process.
Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays is required.
Qualifications
2 or more years of new-home sales experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills both verbal & written, with the ability to talk in pictures.
A proven background in prospecting.
Ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
Energy & enthusiasm for their work.
Proactively follow up with prospective customers.
Commitment to act with integrity.
Proven closing, as well as negotiating skills.
Follow through with commitments.
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually.
Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize.
