Join JPMorgan Chase as a part‑time associate banker and help customers achieve their financial goals. Your role is to deliver exceptional client experiences using the latest banking solutions and technology.
Base Pay Range $22.50 / hr – $27.60 / hr
Job Responsibilities
Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling or canceling meetings.
Assist clients with day‑to‑day transactions, open new accounts, and comply with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on self‑service technology such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Build trusted relationships by listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
Perform branch operations, managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM while following bank policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
Build trusted relationships with genuine care.
Engage clients by communicating clearly and anticipating needs.
Resolve client issues quickly and accurately, paying attention to detail.
Work collaboratively as a team to elevate client experience.
Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
Client‑service experience or comparable background.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Strong desire to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
Cash handling experience.
