About the Role
The Conference Services Manager coordinates all requirements for conference groups booked by the Sales Department, enforces terms of sales agreements, and guides meeting planners through the planning process. The position ensures successful execution of group and client satisfaction while overseeing client relationships and event details.
What You Will Do
Communicate client needs and expectations to all hotel departments. Coordinate group and private event logistics to meet client and company standards. Collaborate with the Catering team to plan and execute detailed event services. Maintain relationships with meeting planners, vendors and clients, ensuring continuous improvement and satisfaction.
