As a Community Sales Manager, you’ll do more than sell homes — you’ll create momentum through
relationship-based selling, Realtor collaboration, and strategic prospecting , while delivering an exceptional buyer experience from first visit through closing.
This is a split-time role in the model home, shared with another Community Sales Manager, allowing for strong team coverage, consistent service, and a seamless experience for both buyers and Realtors.
What You'll Do:
Deliver polished, engaging tours and sales presentations using Fieldstone’s proven selling process
Confidently guide buyers toward decisions through strong discovery, value-based selling, and closing strategies
Manage the buyer journey from first contact through contract, build communication, and closing
Maintain an outstanding customer experience while representing Fieldstone as both Builder and Seller
Realtor Outreach + Collaboration (Big Focus)
Build and maintain strong relationships with local Realtors and brokerages through ongoing outreach and engagement
Create and execute Realtor‑facing initiatives that drive traffic, referrals, and co‑broker sales
Become a trusted resource for agents by providing product knowledge, inventory updates, incentives, and consistent follow‑through
Expand the referral pipeline through networking, agent partnerships, and community visibility
Lead Generation + Prospecting
Proactively self‑prospect and develop a follow‑up system that turns leads into buyersManage and nurture your lead pipeline through CRM and consistent follow‑up
Drive repeat traffic and referrals through strong relationship and reputation‑building
Community & Operational Excellence
Share model home coverage with another Community Sales Manager to ensure consistent on‑site availability and service
Maintain the presentation of the model, sales center, home sites, signage, and marketing materials — always show‑ready
Collaborate closely with construction, marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure a seamless buyer experience
Track competition, pricing, and market trends to keep the community positioned to win
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales success and strong relationship‑building skills (new home sales preferred)
Confident communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow‑up habits
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities
Team‑first mindset with a strong work ethic and professionalism
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
