Process quotes, design projects, sample requests, and purchase orders with precision.
Keep customer profiles updated and review quality clauses.
Enter new accounts and manage pricing/availability in our ERP system.
Run reports to ensure commitments are met on time.
Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to resolve product or service issues.
Proactively engage customers through calls and promote our e‑commerce platform.
What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
1+ year of experience in account management or customer service with accurate data entry.
College degree preferred.
