The Sales Development team at AgentSync partners directly with our Account Executives (AEs) and helps support the team by sourcing new opportunities and generating pipeline to help the sales team win and grow company revenue. This role gives the opportunity for continued career growth at AgentSync. The AgentSync team has over 20 years of Sales leadership experience, and we're looking for anchors to our team's success.
What you’ll do:
Generate new opportunities and sales pipeline through outbound sales tactics
Build account plans in collaboration with your Account Executive to drive further understanding of our Target Accounts
Partner with Demand Generation to execute cross-functional sales plays and events
Help AgentSync get a foot in the door at the biggest insurance companies in the world
Become a master of prospecting tools: Outreach, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Loom, Sales Navigator and more
Go through AgentSync sales bootcamp (AgentCafes) and receive ongoing sales training monthly
Showcase mastery around research analysis for your named accounts
Receive broad exposure across departments to grow your internal brand
Call! Cold calling is a large part of this role
Your experience:
1+ years combination of sales & sales development experience, preferably at a SaaS company
Deep experience using Salesforce effectively & efficiently
Well versed in sales best practices when it comes to cold calling, email, and social selling
Strategic thinking around account planning and territory management
Experience with research analytics, working cross functionally, and attention to detail

$60,000 + Commission
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity program
