Key Responsibilities
Greet and guide customers on the lot, initiating the sales process
Showcase vehicle features and provide high-quality demonstrations
Assist customers with sales applications and financing processes
Support management in inspecting the lot and reporting issues
Ensure vehicles are merchandised correctly to maximize sales potential
Build strong rapport and trust with customers
Deliver professional, knowledgeable, and engaging presentations
Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism throughout the sales process
Qualifications
Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
Persuasive and persistent with a competitive work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk while working on a computer
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
