What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive revenue growth by developing new business across your territory

Achieve and exceed annual sales targets related to fleet management solutions

Lead complex sales cycles using consultative and Challenger‑based approaches

Deliver tailored proposals and presentations that clearly communicate value

Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline using CRM tools with reliable forecasting

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience

Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record

Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%) across multimarket and multistate territories

Strong communication, customer service, and relationship‑building skills

Proven track record of prospecting and developing new business

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in trucking or fleet management sales

Working knowledge of effective sales and marketing techniques

Proven success in growing existing accounts

Strong strategic and tactical thinking abilities
