The Sales Manager – Corporate is responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients to drive revenue growth for Hyatt. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client partnerships to achieve sales targets within the corporate segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with corporate clients.
Collaborate with other hotel departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Hyatt and build relationships.
Manage client databases and maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
