Role Summary The Field Support Research Specialist provides frontline support by handling incoming requests, troubleshooting system issues, researching missing items, and ensuring accurate data and image integrity across internal platforms. This role contributes directly to service quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve missing orders, service items, and missing images
Assist with system issues such as Sign-up Genius and Plicgo
Complete senior pose changes
Conduct a variety of miscellaneous research tasks that support service accuracy
Answer incoming calls
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all resolved issues
Collaborate and assist Field Support Production Specialists and other departments when necessary
Required Skills / Experience
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced support environment
Excellent communication (phone, email)
Ability to learn multiple internal systems
Positive attitude
Customer-service mindset, both internal and external
