Product Support Representative – Fort Lauderdale
Salary : $75,000.00 – $95,000.00
This role is an outside product support position within our network of commercial truck dealerships. You will be a valued member of our team, performing responsibilities such as:
Responsibilities
Developing and implementing new strategies to grow revenue in the Parts and Service departments.
Prospecting for new clients and reporting on business opportunities.
Establishing new accounts from target account list.
Assisting in developing and promoting new product lines.
Serving as point of contact for customer complaints – taking ownership of customers’ issues by coordinating the dealership and manufacturer’s resources for resolution.
Preferred Candidate Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
Minimum of three years automotive / heavy duty parts counter sales experience, outside parts sales experience, or service technical support experience.
Knowledge of automotive / truck components and parts.
Ability to develop and execute an account-based marketing strategy.
Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
