Overview We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Data Quality Trainer to develop and deliver engaging, role‑based training that elevates data quality awareness and implementation requirements across the Enterprise. Based in Cary, NC, or New York, NY this role offers the opportunity to shape foundational learning experiences, facilitate impactful workshops, and champion best practices in Data Quality and Data Quality Issue Management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain foundational training materials to support Enterprise Data Quality and Data Quality Issue Management awareness
Create and deliver role‑based training modules aligned to Data Quality responsibilities and standards
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding for federated programs
Collect feedback and track training effectiveness to inform continuous improvement
Assist in maintaining a repository of training content, FAQs, and best practices
Contribute to the development of forums and knowledge‑sharing sessions to promote a Data Quality‑focused culture
Develop engaging training content (e.g., micro‑learnings) to promote a strong data quality culture across the organization
Essential Experience & Technical Skills
5+ years of experience in developing and delivering Data Quality training content
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible training materials
Familiarity with Data Quality and Data Quality Issue Management principles, roles, and standards
Proficiency in PowerPoint, and exposure to e‑learning tools (e.g., Easy Generator)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing training logistics and content updates
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with DCAM or DCAM Certified
Bachelor’s degree in data management, business analytics, computer science, information systems, or related field
Experience with Collibra, Ataccama, EDC, IDQ, and other Data Management tools
Location & Remote Working This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
Compensation The expected salary range for this position is $95,000 to $135,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short‑term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to applicable plan terms.
