Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement public relations campaigns that align with organizational goals and objectives
Write press releases, blog posts, speeches, and other materials to communicate key messages to the media and the public
Coordinate media interviews, events, and public appearances to promote the company’s image
Foster strong relationships with key journalists, influencers, and media outlets
Manage the organization’s social media presence, ensuring consistency in messaging and content
Handle any negative publicity or media crises with tact and professionalism
Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports on media trends and public sentiment
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all communications
Assist with internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged with company news
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field
1-3 years of experience in PR, media relations, or communications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in media relations, social media platforms, and PR tools
Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing media landscapes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
