What You’ll Do As the Shift Supervisor, you will lead shifts by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, complete their job duties, and follow all brand standards and food safety requirements. This position involves training new hires and monitoring compliance with cash handling policies.

Lead the activities of team members on shift.

Provide friendly customer service by engaging in positive interactions with travelers and resolve complaints.

Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures/checklists per company policies.

Operate POS, accurately process payments, follow cash handling policies.

Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed (wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, temperature checks).

Perform kitchen tasks (prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning).

Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment.

Actively cross‑sell and up‑sell products.

Maintain solid knowledge of plaza products and services.

Assist in training new team members.

Follow brand, food safety, and company policies.

Report observations, concerns, or problems to plaza leadership.

Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Experience & Skills

Cash handling and customer service experience required.

Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.

Demonstrates ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Requirements

Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds.

Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.

Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
