Position Overview As a Full‑Time Stylist, you lead by example to deliver the EVEREVE Styling Experience in our stores, ensuring all customers are seen and connected. Our mantra is “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!”
Responsibilities
Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
Support recruiting efforts to build a team of great talent within our culture of HEART.
Maintain a strong presence on the floor and stay passionate about fashion and trending styles.
Lead by example following standards set by the company and Store Manager.
When the Store Manager or Assistant Manager are absent, support coaching and leading of the styling floor and team.
Support daily operations: manage store inventory, uphold merchandising and visual standards.
Drive results as the lead sales generator: maintain minimum $140 SPC, $150 SPH, $1000/day, and $25,800/month.
Lead your Division of Responsibility based on volume group.
Requirements
A warm, friendly demeanor and natural connector who makes work fun.
Fashion‑credible, up to date on trends and contemporary brands, willing to take risks and be an early adopter.
A growth mindset, coachable, perseveres through challenges and seeks solutions.
High emotional intelligence and ability to influence others.
Embodies the EVEREVE brand and serves as a brand advocate.
Previous retail or leadership experience preferred but not required.
