Compensation
Base pay range: $18.00/hr – $40.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)
Earn incremental higher pay for each session with the same student, up to $40/hour.
Get paid up to twice per week.
Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
Tutor remotely on our purpose‑built Live Learning Platform—no commuting required.
Match with students best suited to your teaching style and expertise.
AI‑powered Tutor Copilot enhances your sessions with real‑time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features.
We handle logistics—you invoice for sessions and we take care of payments.
Responsibilities
Provide 1‑on‑1 online tutoring to individual students, delivering personalized instruction.
Accept on‑demand tutoring requests whenever you’re available.
Explain IB Extended Essay concepts clearly and adapt lessons to different learning styles.
Use the platform’s tools to generate lessons and track student progress.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
Expertise in IB Extended Essay and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate‑level education.
