Specialized Education Services, Inc. Location: Fairfax County, VA. 38 hours a week available (12–40 hours per week) during school hours. Multiple school locations. How you’ll be there for students: Attend training sessions, pass content assessment, and deliver designated instructional models and strategies in readiness, reading, mathematics, and/or writing skills to eligible students through utilization of Company-designed materials and educational strategies. Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans. Ensure supervision of students at all times, including escorting students safely to and from classroom or to mobile/trailer classroom. Establish and maintain student forms and files as required by Company, local, state, and/or federal agencies. Attend and document conferences/meetings/trainings with Supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents as required by the Company, local, state, and/or federal agencies. Maintain inventory of educational materials and supplies. Other duties may be assigned. The positive, enthusiastic teacher we seek has these qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Virginia Teaching License Teaching/tutoring experience Proficient in MS Office, OneDrive, Zoom, etc. All programs are in-school settings.
