Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

Train and support employees in mastering essential janitorial responsibilities, including job safety procedures and the “Imperial Way.”

Plan staff schedules to ensure continuous coverage for our clients.

Monitor attendance and manage callouts to maintain smooth operations.

Step in as needed to cover shifts or replace technicians.

Communicate regularly with technicians to provide ongoing support.

Recruit new talent by screening candidates for custodial technician positions.

Ensure safety by reporting accidents or injuries promptly.

Manage supply orders to keep the team well‑equipped.

Address performance issues with care and professionalism.

Be on call for any emergency situations (including evenings and weekends).

Inform the District/Regional Manager of any job‑related concerns.

Key Requirements

Experience in the commercial cleaning industry is a plus; a passion for the field is essential.

Technology proficiency – skilled in various technology systems and capable of guiding technicians to enhance efficiency.

Bilingual skills – fluent in both English and Spanish.

Attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Results‑oriented – able to resolve challenges and handle emergencies quickly and efficiently.
