Location: Appomattox, VA.
Responsibilities:
Operate skid loaders and heavy duty off‑road earth or rock moving equipment (rigid frame/articulated haul units).
Operate cutting torch and welder.
Know basic functions of various types of heavy equipment.
Multi‑task and be mechanically inclined.
Work in all types of weather conditions and in a mining environment.
Perform overtime as required based on production needs.
Qualifications:
At least one year of training or proven experience with similar or same equipment machinery.
Basic knowledge of equipment mechanics.
High school diploma or GED required.
