Key Responsibilities
Support the lead teacher with daily classroom instruction and activities
Assist students with classwork, small group learning, and individual support
Communicate with students in Hebrew to reinforce language development
Help maintain a positive, organized, and respectful classroom environment
Supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other activities
Prepare classroom materials and assist with lesson implementation
Support student social, emotional, and behavioral development
Follow school policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
Fluency in Hebrew (required)
Experience working with children in a school or educational setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff
Patience, reliability, and a nurturing approach to student support
Ability to manage classroom responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment
