GENERAL SUMMARY Responsible for providing leadership to their assigned branch and multiple additional locations, directly coaching branch manager(s) and branch staff. This leader will manage the member experience, operations, and business development of their assigned geography and will also work directly with members.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coach and model consistent exceptional member experience activities and behaviors.

Lead all service, sales, operations, and human resources related responsibilities in their assigned geography.

Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external leaders at our Sponsors, to develop strategies and additional growth opportunities.

Work closely with the business development team and additional partners to host acquisition events, make presentations, and drive new business.

Serves as an emerging leader in the branch network, contributing to the overall success of the region and department, and may help lead branch network initiatives.

Assess member needs and assist with financial transactions, including working with cash and checks, submitting and assisting with consumer loan applications.

Other duties and projects as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Minimum 5 years of financial services experience and 3 years of leadership experience.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Ability to write and speak effectively in English using correct spelling and grammar.

Basic math skills including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages using a 10‑key.

Proficient in the use of basic applications in a Windows‑based environment, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Moderate keyboard skills at 40 wpm.

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with people at all levels.

Sound problem‑solving and decision‑making ability, including the ability to prioritize.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Work involves extensive use of computers, up to eight hours per day. Appropriate vision, dexterity, and other physical abilities are required.

May include occasional pushing, pulling, or carrying objects weighing up to 20 pounds.

Must be able to speak and present on the telephone and/or through digital means of communication, including but not limited to Zoom/Teams/other video technologies.

Ability to travel to branch and event locations, some requiring air travel and overnight stays.
