Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
The Lift Operator maintains orderly passenger traffic, advises and assists guests as needed, provides responsible surveillance of the lift station, and overall assumes responsibility of the lift for the assigned shift.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a professional manner
Ability to observe and apply all applicable safety standards
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure, multi‑task and prioritize tasks
Demonstrates time management skills
Using logic and reasoning to offer solutions to problems
Teaches others new processes and procedures
Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and perform snow removal as needed

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide, at all times, superior guest service
Set up and control of a lift line maze access, including ticket verification
Prevention of fraudulent lift access
Maintain knowledge of and abide by company policy on fraudulent tickets & passes
Always provide safe and efficient operating control over the lift
Pay attention to the loading and unloading of guests
Assist with snow removal
Preparation and upkeep of the load and unload zones
Maintain accurate written daily reports
Provide required uniform: gloves or mittens, eyewear, thermal wear, ski/snow pants
