Warehouse Associate – FHI
Join the Warehouse Associate role at FHI. This hands‑on position focuses on unloading trailers, restacking pallets, and moving 25–80 lbs using powered equipment.

Responsibilities
Safely unload tractor‑trailers in a fast‑paced warehouse.
Operate forklifts & powered pallet jacks (training provided).
Break down and restack pallets.
Handle freight weighing 25–80 lbs throughout the shift.
Work in temperatures ranging from –20°F to 110°F.
Work Conditions
Lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and squat most of the shift.
Handle 25–80 lb cases and move 50–200+ pallets daily.
Work in temperatures from –20°F to 110°F.
Hear, understand, and respond to machinery alarms and safety alerts in a moderate to loud environment.
Requirements
preferred (order picking, forklift, etc.) but other physical work experience (construction, landscaping) accepted.
Ability to lift, walk, bend, and twist most of the workday.
Team player with good communication skills.
Willing to work the required schedule.
Skills & Knowledge
Good verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Basic math skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
Respectful and courteous interaction with associates, co‑workers, management, and customers.
Ability to work in a team environment.
