Job Overview Domino’s Pizza is looking for a Customer Service Representative to operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, and keep the store clean. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
Responsibilities
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, working area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Complete orientation and on‑the‑job training.
Communicate written instructions accurately.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Qualifications
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands for rapid, accurate movement.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Physical Requirements
Stand for most tasks; walk short distances for short durations.
Lift bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds (length up to 3' x 1.5').
Carry items ranging from 3 pounds to 30 pounds; push and pull trays and dollies.
Occasionally navigate stairs or ladders.
Perform stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting as needed.
Reach above 72" when necessary.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying temperatures from 36°F to 90°F+.
Fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust.
Work in cramped quarters; hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
Potential contact with sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
