Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service.
Clean, fill, and rotate the cheese and deli displays in the Bulk Deli.
Assist customers throughout the shift and maintain department cleanliness.
Replenish products according to instructions from the Bulk Deli Manager or Assistant Manager.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 60 pounds, standing, walking, and kneeling in a fast‑paced grocery environment.
Qualifications
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to present information effectively in one‑on‑one and small group settings to customers and employees.
Common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
English proficiency.
Valid Food Handler Card or equivalent certification.
Preferred Skills
Basic PC/Outlook skills.
Retail Management Certificate.
