Apartment (HVAC) Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for dependable, hard‑working, and self‑motivated Apartment HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician professionals.
Job Description As an Apartment HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will repair, service, and maintain HVAC systems across apartment units, and handle other maintenance responsibilities such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and unit make‑readies.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in occupied and vacant units.
Prepare units for new residents (make‑ready/punch process).
Complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally.
Repair major appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers.
Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
Maintain community curb appeal and cleanliness.
Assist with renovation or property upgrade projects as needed.
Qualifications
EPA Universal Certification (required).
Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in apartment maintenance or property management.
Own tools and HVAC gauges.
Strong skills in HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and unit make‑ready/punch work.
Ability to pass a background check.
