Warehouse Associate
plays a critical role in the daily execution of warehouse operations by ensuring materials move efficiently, accurately, and safely throughout the facility. This position is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional with a strong understanding of inventory control, shipping and receiving, and operational workflows who prefers a hands‑on role without people‑management responsibilities. The Warehouse Associate takes ownership of assigned tasks, supports operational accuracy, and helps maintain a well‑organized, compliant warehouse environment.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Execute daily warehouse activities including receiving, staging, picking, packing, and shipping materials.
Prepare outbound shipments with correct labeling, packaging, and carrier documentation.
Perform inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and cycle counts.
Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS/ERP system.
Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas in alignment with safety and 5S standards.
Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement related to material flow or layout.
Support operational reporting, documentation, and data entry as needed.
Assist with onboarding and training of new team members on standard operating procedures (without supervisory responsibility).
