Position Overview
We have various positions available.
4-DAY WORK WEEK: Sunday & Monday, Wednesday & Thursday start between 1pm and 3pm.
Starting pay range up to $20 an hour in the first year of employment with performance incentives.
Position Purpose The Warehouse Worker performs shipping and/or receiving functions in a timely manner while maintaining inventory and warehouse work areas, observing all safety regulations, and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Responsibilities
Performs general warehouse duties as assigned including, but not limited to, forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, break down pallets, wrapping pallets, order selection, loading, and receiving.
Performs general housekeeping duties and keeps warehouse area, loading dock and trailers clear and clean as required. Ensures work area is safe and reports any unsafe conditions.
Performs daily safety check of the assigned forklift/pallet jack in accordance with company policy.
Performs damage control checks on items received and contacts supervisor about removing items according to company policy.
Removes batteries requiring recharging, replaces with charged batteries, and completes vehicle inspection checklist. Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
Reviews work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepares for operations.
Puts on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
Meets required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
Secures all equipment and completes all necessary paperwork.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
At least 6 months of warehouse and/or distribution work.
Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime.
Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.
Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
