Job Description
Comply with AbbVie's Code of Conduct and all relevant company policies.
Perform both on-demand and preventive maintenance independently to ensure equipment reliability and adherence to quality standards.
Contribute to root cause investigations of equipment malfunctions and participate in reliability-centered maintenance analyses.
Provide training and mentorship to other technicians as needed.
Demonstrate proficiency in multiple skilled trade disciplines.
Possess intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Exhibit advanced expertise in core job functions and perform complex tasks with minimal supervision.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams outside of the maintenance organization.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and site safety projects within the maintenance organization and broader site.
Understand and adhere to all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations.
Qualifications
HS diploma with 10+ years of experience or relevant certificate with 5+ years of experience or associate technical degree with 3+ years of experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions. CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired.
Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools) and intermediate computer skills (MS Windows).
Additional Information Compensation range and benefits will depend on geographic location. We offer a comprehensive package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k). The role may be eligible for short-term incentive programs.
