Responsibilities
Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through “white glove” service in stores and in customers’ homes, and obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
Deliver products and handle pickups; safely load/unload and install products, following all handling and transportation procedures, keeping vehicles clean and properly maintained.
Maintain an inviting store by organizing merchandise, refurbishing items to like‑new condition, vacuuming, dusting, and keeping the showroom clean for customers and coworkers.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid state driver's license and good driving record (you will be driving company vehicles).
Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a coworker to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The coworker is regularly required to talk and hear, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb all day. The coworker must frequently lift and/or move (push/pull) heavy items and merchandise. All coworkers are expected to adhere to all company safety guidelines while meeting the physical demands of the job.
Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position. Hours/days of work are Monday through Saturday, store open to close hours. Sundays off along with one other weekday off. Schedules and hours per week and overtime may change throughout the year as directed by management and business needs.
