We’re hiring a versatile A‑player who will partner with high‑value customers in the Home Services vertical to drive adoption and retention.
What you will be doing
Serve as the primary post‑sales point of contact for Mid‑Market business customers, managing inquiries, issues, and escalations.
Leverage in‑depth product and industry knowledge to drive adoption and utilization of Podium products.
Lead the renewal process to secure renewals and drive customer retention.
Conduct regular check‑ins to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities, and optimize usage.
Proactively address potential challenges to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to relay product feedback.
What you should have
Experience and passion for increasing customer value by expanding breadth and depth of product usage.
Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond to maximize retention savings.
Success in a customer success or account management role.
Comfort speaking with customers at all levels, including CEOs, owners, and VPs.
Strategic contributions to shaping departmental strategies.
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
Technical aptitude and quick grasp of complex software concepts.

5+ years of customer success, onboarding, or account management experience.
3+ years B2B software experience.
Consistent over‑achievement.
