Retail Warehouse Attendant (Part-Time) - Providence Park
Position Title: Retail Warehouse Attendant
Pay: $18 - 19.50 per hour
Reports to: Retail
Location: Providence Park, Portland, OR
Work Type: Part‑time, Seasonal (ending November). Schedule includes evenings and weekends with 2–3 additional shifts. Must maintain excellent attendance and be available for events.
Position Overview We are seeking a Retail Warehouse Attendant to perform essential warehouse duties such as receiving, shipping, fulfillment, inventory management, and merchandising. The role ensures a high‑quality guest experience during live events and online sales.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with guests in a calm, accurate, and efficient manner.
Receive, sort, store, fulfill, and ship online orders; manage product transfers and routine cycle counts.
Maintain inventory accuracy in both in‑store and online systems.
Perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to safety standards.
Stand and move quickly throughout the shift; complete assigned duties on time.
Perform additional duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Guest‑centric mindset with a passion for service and inventory accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with diverse guests and teammates.
Adaptable under high‑pressure, shifting priorities during events.
Methodical, strong time‑management, and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn software such as ShipStation, Shopify, RetailCloud, Google Cloud.
Comfortable working in variable temperatures (25–90°F) and under sanitation/safety requirements.
