As a Warehouse Associate, you will manage on‑site inventory at our medical device fulfillment center in Phoenix, Arizona. You will use material requirement planning (MRP) software to track raw materials and supplies, coordinate with the Quality Control Associate to complete audit trails, and ensure products pass daily quality inspections before entering inventory. What You’ll Do

Ensure raw materials and supplies go through our quality control process Receive and track incoming raw materials and supplies through MRP software Stock and pick production materials, from pallets to individual items Maintain physical inventory and regular cycle counts in collaboration with the supply chain team Manage UPS/USPS shipping process for medical devices using designated software Maintain a clean working area in compliance with validated cleaning procedures Maintain warehouse equipment such as forklift and shelves in good condition Support Quality Control Associate in implementing, training, and reporting quality events What You’ll Bring To The Team

Experience with material requirement planning software Experience with medical devices inventory management Ability to support logistics receiving and shipping products Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior experience with pallet jacks, stock pickers and/or forklifts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary We’ve Got You Covered
