Overview Dunham's Sports, one of the largest full‑line sporting goods chains in the U.S., was founded in 1937 as Dunham's Bait & Tackle. Today we have over 250 stores in more than 25 states from Maryland to Montana. We’re looking for smiling, enthusiastic, sports‑minded individuals with knowledge of sporting goods to provide our customers with excellent service. A fun, fast‑paced work environment with variety in the day‑to‑day routine. This position is for a Team Coordinator, responsible for merchandising of specific departments and leading the store in sales for that area.

Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service as the primary responsibility. Perform store opening and closing duties. Handle merchandising, operational, and administrative functions within the store.
Qualifications Must have previous retail supervisory experience. Knowledge of Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics products is required. Merchandising skills preferred. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service is essential.
